Two related questions: --
1. How often do you think server rooms should be cleaned? I suspect the common standard of "never" may not actually be best practice.
2. Can you recommend any specialist cleaning companies in Switzerland?

It depends on how "busy" they are. If people are working there on a daily basis, a lot more dust will be generated. If they're like ours, where one person might go in for 20mins once a week, there is really very little dust to clean.
