(Sorry for german language in this message, but translating the political terms is somewhat difficult ;) ) Die Vernehmlassung zur Revision VÜPF/VD-ÜPF dauert noch bis zum 6.5.2025, siehe https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/de/consultation-procedures/ongoing#https://fedl… Low-lights der Revision: * Der Kreis der „Anbieter abgeleiteter Kommunikationsdienste“ wird deutlich ausgeweitet (ab 5’000 Benutzern) * Online-Speicherdienste und VPN-Anbieter neu auch in Scope * Pflicht zur „Aufhebung von Verschlüsselung“ * Geringere Anforderungen neue Abfragetypen * Erhöhte Aufbewahrungspflichten (auch für AAKDs mit reduzierten Pflichten) Eine Vielzahl von Antworten aus der Tech-Community und -Branche erhöht den Druck im nun folgenden politischen Prozess.
