Any detailled information available what is happening right now?
Our customers are complaining about a dropped ADSL signal, and we too have lost adsl signal at all our offices (located in Gossau SG, St. Gallen, Rorschach). I was unable to find detailled information from the Bluewin Helpdesk (Es liegen keine Stoerungsmeldungen vor).
There's nothing on the internet right now.
Those of you working on it, good luck, and stop reading e-mails ;)

jepp, we lost also 50% of customers. swisscom has connectivity problems - but no details are available ,-((
problem started at 10:00 in several phases. 10:00 we lost 30%, 10:05 10%, 10:10: another 10% ...etc. but now some sessions are coming back...

Full ack, the trouble started at 10:00. Because Layer1 is affected, it is some sort of DLSAM troubles.

Maybe this would be a good time to call your Swisscom Product Manager and discuss the price of the backhaul connectivity... :-)

Didn't notice anything wrong here all day (SesamNet ADSL, St. Gallen).
