The only problem which ich see is when a nonprofit office make

adverstisement for a profit office. But i think this is legal here in switerland.

I don't think so in the case of Switch, Billag and any other monopol organisation with an official mission from switzerland.

Btw ... AFAIK the WEKO is currently investigating this issue.
