Normally i get a lead-time of 12 weeks until delivery. They take care for construction works, official permits, SLA if a fiber breaks, etc.

I need someone to put in a fiber between 2 building in Zurich City (2 Km distance)
What is the procedure with permits and etc. Do you know a company that would do this sort of construction work?
