Nice site - thanks for the link! I think it's a bit overkill since we are not negoiating a date for this time. Maybe we will use it in future.
As said before, just drop me an email if you like to attend - I can post the attendees one or two days before beer, if this is "necessary".
There is a nice website called doodle which makes it easy to create online appointments. I saw it being used on the CCC basel mailinglist (thanks to Thomas Bader):
