As part of the work of the IETF v6ops WG, Brian Carpenter is soliciting input from ISPs on IPv6 deployment:

If you have a couple of minutes, please consider filling out this ASCII questionnaire and mailing it to Brian. It would be great if you could do this by next Friday (5 February), so that he can integrate your input before the next IETF meeting.
Note that the questionnaire addresses both ISPs who already offer IPv6 services and those who don't.
