But I think an knowledgeable network admin should recognize this anyway, that the router belonging to their upstream causes the trouble. :)
It seems that I just got the default answer from the first level support (as other business customers got the same answer). I guess the network team will figure out what is going wrong.
And just as I am almost finished this e-mail the following message arrived:
