KSK CEREMONY 4 The fourth KSK ceremony for the root zone took place in El Segundo, CA, USA on Monday 2011-02-07. The Ceremony Administrator was Mehmet Akcin. The ceremony was completed successfully. Video from Ceremony 4 was recorded for audit purposes. Video and associated audit materials will be published in 1 to 2 weeks, and will be available as usual by following the "KSK Ceremony Materials" link at <https://www.iana.org/dnssec/>. Ceremony 4 included processing of a Key Signing Request (KSR) generated by VeriSign, and the resulting Signed Key Response (SKR) contained signatures for Q2 2011, for use in the root zone between 2011-04-01 and 2011-07-05. According to my last contact with the swisscom abuse desk about that issue is that they need to know time, ip and port number from which the email arrived. So I want to share my 'sendmail' config to enable getting the port added in the email headers: define(`confRECEIVED_HEADER',`$?sfrom $s $.$?_($?s$|from $.$_ Port: ${client_port}) $.$?{auth_type}(authenticated) $.by $j ($v/$Z)$?r with $r$. id $i$?u for $u; $|; $.$b')dnl dnl will get you a Received: header which when submitted via spamassassin or similar, makes it possible for swisscom to find their infected customers. ASR 9k zum ausprobieren ?

Hallo Listen, (Sorry für den Doppelpost) Hat von euch jemand schon ASR 9k im Einsatz und kann mir evtl. kurzfristig weiterhelfen? Und zwar bin ich interessiert an folgenden Fragen: - Funktionieren 10GE Menara XFPs ? - Funktionieren 100MBit/s SFPs in den GE Ports ? Laut Cisco [0] ja, hat das schon jemand in der Realität gesehen ? Evtl. sogar mit Drittanbietern ? Falls Ihr solche Optiken nicht habt, aber einen spare-Router und es möglich ist, würde ich gerne vorbeikommen und die Optiken testen (am besten in erreichbarer Nähe zu Stuttgart/Süddeutschland :)). - Kann jemand etwas zu reflexiven ACLs sagen ? Bei einigen GE/FE Kunden lässt sich das nicht vermeiden (tja, Pech). Und bevor wir weitere/andere Aggregations-Router planen, wäre interessant, ob man ein paar Ports mit kleineren Bandbreiten (FE? mehrere 100Mbit/s?) auf dem ASR 9k mit reflexiven ACLs fahren kann. Es müsste auch nicht der gesamte Traffic in die reflexive ACLs laufen... Merci und Grüße, Tim Kleefass

Heya people, Currently maintaining many customers network offices with ADSLs connections, generaly bridging the router on site and doing all my routing on a *nix box. In this design, I'm looking for some efficient, low price, reliable hardware that would do only the bridge work. I've used various hardware those days, like zyxel, linksys, even tried tp-link.
