I've got a customer who moves into tennisweg, but they need an OOBM Link from a 3rd party (well, the 3rd party requirement is from me, to help them)

I've only gotten unreasonable quotes on one hand, a "no bid" from a second, and the third I know is onnet is ruled out due to 3rd party requirement... 

 

can someone contact me off list if they are there & willing to sell us a connection?
