I've found 2 interessed ISPs. Desperately i have nothing to do with AS6730.
And also I'm happy, that i have this AS, so my project can go on.

You should probably should talk to your Teppich-Etage (see the
thread here recently). I don't think any ISP is supporting your project,
as long as your main server is in the AS6730 backbone with the
current policy. Rather ISP's would block the IP's of your stream server,
than buying more inbound transit.
